Goals of the Regional Expeditions

Regional Expeditions are designed to strengthen experiential education by creating local, relationship‑driven learning communities. Their goals center on connecting educators within a specific region, offering professional development tailored to local contexts, and creating space for meaningful conversation and idea‑sharing. Each expedition also highlights a deep dive into one school or program’s experiential model, allowing participants to learn from real, place‑based practice. Together, these elements build lasting networks, spark collaboration, and support educators in advancing experiential learning within their own communities.
