Goals of Winter Institute

The Winter Institute is designed to bring together experiential education leaders from schools with active programs to learn from one another, share strengths and questions, and deepen their practice. Its goals center on building a collegial network, promoting the integration of experiential learning across school curricula, and exchanging proven models that strengthen teaching and program design. By rotating host schools each year, the Institute fosters ongoing connection, fresh perspectives, and a vibrant cycle of collaboration that advances experiential education across diverse communities.
